About this Membership

By checking this box, I consent to the monthly renewal terms of a Cue+ Membership. I further confirm that payment for the subscription is billed monthly (30 days). I understand that once my Cue+ Membership begins, I may cancel the current monthly subscription anytime in the Cue Health Application or by emailing support@cuehealth.com. If a subscriber does not cancel during the month (30 days), the subscription will be renewed.
